Bolt On Technologies showed the latest customer retention and follow-up features that use text messaging. Anthony Allen from Bolt On showed how the correct frequency of text messages to customers could build creditability and increase sales.
Jacob Findlay from Full Bay demonstrated its heavy-duty repair shop software. Findlay showed attendees how the software could be used for repair and preventative maintenance. The highlight of the demonstration was the dashboards for owners and managers.
